Through engaging, evidence-based training rooted in EduCare’s Heartset® Education approach and aligned with the CASEL framework, we equip teachers, school staff, and afterschool professionals with practical strategies they can use immediately to foster stronger relationships, increase belonging, improve school climate, and support whole-child success
What We Do
EduCare’s trainings move beyond theory and into action, equipping educators, school staff, corporate staff, and youth-serving professionals with practical tools, shared language, and real-world strategies they can use every day. Grounded in our “Making the Best of Me” curriculum and the “8 Heartset® Skills”, our approach helps adults lead with empathy, respond to challenges with intention, and foster more compassionate, connected, and resilient environments.
Through training in self-care, personal development, teambuilding, and communication, EduCare supports the growth and well-being of adults as they strengthen the communities they serve. Whether the goal is to deepen SEL capacity, improve engagement, or build a more positive and inclusive culture, we deliver professional development that turns these principles into daily practice.

Impact
Participating in Heartset® Education has made me a more mindful and empathetic counselor.
